I am a boy who likes computers
I wonder if I will give money to the poor
I hear my dogs barking loudly
I see Anthony playing with Zulu
I want a Xbox 360
I am a boy who likes computers

I pretend I am a wrestler
I feel the wind blowing on my arms
I touch my dog's soft and cuddly hair
I worry about another dog of mine dying
I cry when someone hurts me
I am a boy who likes computers

I understand Math
I say I am stronger than Anthony
I dream I could help a lot of people
I try to be nice to my brother
I hope I become a very nice man
I am a boy who likes computers

Welcome to Learning Zone 12

Kia Ora, Tena Koutou,
Thank you for dropping in to read our Blog. We are a Year 3 & 4 Class at a brand new school of the future. Mission Heights School is situated at 103 Jeffs Road in Flatbush, Auckland, New Zealand. It is the coolest school in New Zealand which opened on 4th February 2009 and is leading the way in 21st century teaching and learning.

Learning Zone 12 is made up of 23 enthusiastic learners who come from many countries such as New Zealand, China, Korea, Thailand, Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka, Fiji, South Africa, Australia, England, Italy, Tonga and Samoa. Since 15th September we have a new teacher, Mrs Kree Raman, who previously taught at Kelvin Road School in Papakura and Eastdene Combined School in South Africa. Our teacher inspires us to dream more, learn more, do more and become more.

We hope you enjoy reading our posts and viewing our photos. Our top favourite is the *Delicious Bookmarks* which has cool educational links such as online maths games, spelling games and storybooks.
